Stunning Pure White Residence

Madrid-based architectural studio Abaton created a stunning pure white residential project in Spain, which they named Casa del Pico. Two levels shelter all the necessary spaces to live a fulfilled, modern lifestyle. The 3,143 square foot residence had to have two stories, because the inclined slope it rests on challenged the architects to create a strong structure. Family Home: The Lakes House

Studio Creative Space Architectural Design envisioned and implemented an imposing contemporary project located in the Lakes, a subdivision of Tauranga in New Zaland. The Lakes House was especially designed to serve the living needs of a family with three children; the building also accommodates an architecture office. The Resort House is a project of transformation, where a dark and dilapidated existing suburban house has been converted into a hidden oasis, abundant with natural light and seamlessly integrated indoor and outdoor spaces. Having bought the existing house for its rear north facing garden, the owner wanted a series of social living spaces with a resort feel, to be enjoyed with family and friends. Paris-based Agence Jouin Manku took on its first large-scale integrated architectural and interior design commission in 2003, when YTL Design Group from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, invited it to design the residence of a Malaysian power family. Completed in the latter part of 2008, the residence is the ultimate expression of the taste, influence and industrial-scale capabilities of the prominent family whose entrepreneurial activities have shaped Kuala Lumpur’s skyline.
